i have a Big problem. The Auctiva website screens are all so small I can't read them. It was fine for a month and then it changed. All other website are fine. I have tried everything i can think off. Can I reinstall Auctiva?

Hi unsure of what screens you are having a problem with? I checked your auctions and they look fine?As for installation of Auctiva I have never had to install anything. Are you using a paid version that you had to install software for?

No, i forgot i didn't have to download Auctiva. this is my 3rd listing method and i am confusing them. Right now there are no listings on. The Auctiva Web page comes up with such tiny fonts i can't even read the buttons or any words in black. It doesn't happen on any other computer i have tried. I am lost..All other websites load with normal fonts.
so I am hoping someone else has an idea...

Hi: I was having the same problem with tiny Red Fonts. Click on View on your tool bar and then click on text Size from the drop down; increase the size of your text.
