SCROLL WINDOW SHOWS MY OTHER USER NAME

Hello I thought I had two user names but apparently, my other user name is showing up in the scrolling section and I don't want my other id showing. How do I not get this to show? Why is it showing up? I sign into Auctiva with the id that is showing up in the scroll window but my listings are showing up under my company name like I want. What did I do wrong??? HELP!

Hi skeeweeaka,

It sounds like you just need to revise the header text of your store window. To accomplish this, please go to Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Edit Store Window, revise the "Header Text" field, and save your settings.

Once you have done this, your new header texxt will be updated on your current listings the next time the store window refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

This only changed the front id listing, how do I change the text when they select the store link to see what is there it still says: Auctiva: SKEEWEEAKA, instead I want it to say Absolutely Beautiful Hair Illusions... Any assistance would be greatly appreciated...
