scrollbar not updating in active listing

Hi,

This is my first listing so I realize that I may not be doing something correctly but sure would appreciate some advice. My listing went onto myebay (not yet indexed) last night and I noticed the Auctiva scrollbar - at the top of the listing and in a wrong color. I went back into Auctiva updated it to sit at the bottom of my listing and in a color that matched my template. The listing has gone live in Ebay but the scrollbar has not updated. I went back into Auctiva and my updates are still there.

Why and what can I do to fix it? The changes were made well over 12 hours ago so I am definitely past the Auctiva 2 hour refresh window. Thanks for your help.

I would think you would have to copy the HTML after you make a change and paste it into eBay. Once the listing is launched on eBay, I don't know that Auctiva updates changes automatically. At least, I've never been able to figure it out! But pasting the HTML code into eBay works.
