Scrolling Bar Help Please

i use auctiva scrolling bars on my listings...but the problem i have is i revised my listings using ebay, what i did was change the gallery picture as the ones i had wer no good, so can someone tell me how to update the scrolling gallery so it shows the up to date picture....

If this helps i changed the picture over 10days ago but still no change to my auctiva gallery.

Hi chuckie7421,

Thanks for posting to let us know about this. We actually don't have anything in place to automatically detect when header/gallery images in listings have been changed and to update the scrolling gallery images accordingly, but our support team has a tool we can run to update the scrolling gallery images under these circumstances.

I just ran that tool on your account and I expect that your scrolling gallery images will update to match your current header/gallery images in your listings within about 4 hours as a result.

If they do not update within the time frame I mentioned, or if you are in the same situation again in the future, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and clicking the "File Support Case" link.

Thank you mike the pictures have changed :-).....one more problem i have is i have a listing showing up in my scrolling bar but that listing does not exist in my ebay i dont know why it is there
