Scrolling bar no longer works

hello i have an ebay store am i have been using the scroll bar that autiva has however it is not longer working it only shows the boarder, and it says that i do not have any items for sale? any help would be nice thanks

Waterfall, it would be best to file a support case so that the support staff can look into exactly why your scrolling gallery is not working.
