Scrolling gallery

Auctiva updates every 6 hours, so I'd say your listings will be gone on the next update.

I also am have been having a problem with the scrolling gallery. I closed a test-listing Jan 24 @ 5:24 and it is still showing in my gallery, plus the listings I posted earlier today, are not in the gallery at all.

Please help.

Just me again, problem is mostly solved Thank You ! Scrolling gallery is working but still have the closed auction still showing and I don't know why.

Everything is apparently down now. I can't even log into the main area now, no images are showing up in the scrolling gallery and I believe checkout is down as well if some of my ebay bidders are correct.

Hi All,

I'm new to Auctiva and hoping someone knows an answer to a problem I'm having with the scrolling gallery.

I listed several auctions and after they were posted I realized I had used the wrong photo in one. I revised the ebay listing with the correct photo, but now my scrolling gallery still shows the old incorrect photo associated with the listing.

Is there anyway to change what photo is shown in the scrolling gallery?

Hi luv_my_grlz,

Our system only automatically generates a scrolling gallery image for each listing once so it is normal for the scrolling gallery image not to update automatically when you change the images in a listing through eBay. However, there is a command our support team can run that will update the image for you.
