I have scrolling gallery set to NO and the new one unchecked.
I just checked one of my active listings and the scrolling gallery is there.
Why? As I don't want to use it.

If you generated a new token prior to making the selection for NO for the Scrolling Gallery and some of your listings imported to Auctiva, the gallery would have been added to them when they imported. Or, if you have relisted an item that already had the gallery on it from your Closed Listings page, that gallery would still be on the listing.
If the gallery is showing on active listings where you do not wish it to and those listings are eligible for revision on eBay, we can run a command to remove the gallery from the active listings where the gallery code is intact. You can file a support case at any time from under the Help tab of the site to let us know and we will be happy to run this command for your listings.
