Hi, Can anyone tell me how to put the scrolling gallery at the bottom of listing rather than at the top, and change colour etc. I have gone to stores and changed placement and colour, but it does not change in my listings.
Hi vashumbas,

This FAQ explains about changing the positioning of a scrolling gallery in your listings http://www.auctiva.com/help/#s...ing-gallery-position Unfortunately--as the FAQ says--there is not an automated way to change the placement of those scrolling galleries already in active listings.
Thanks Tony M.
My new listings have the scrolling gallery, the colour I wanted and where I want it. However I have since used a template for my listings and the colour of the scrolling gallery has reverted back to original blue and it does not have these new template listings in it. It's like they dont exist!
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi vashumbas,

In looking at your listings, it looks to us like you are using using the "Import Listings" option on the Closed Listings page, which gets the description HTML from the closed listing and places in in the description editor of the resulting saved listing.

Since the scrolling gallery code is in the description HTML, that existing gallery code gets imported into the editor as well.

You should be able to avoid that by deleting the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML when creating new listings from closed listings that already have the old scrolling gallery in them. There is an FAQ on now to delete the scrolling gallery here http://www.auctiva.com/help/#scrolling-gallery-remove

Hope this helps.
