When you revise an active listings by replacing the existing description HTML with HTML generated by the "<HTML>" button on your "Saved Listings" page, the scrolling gallery will always disappear because the scrolling gallery HTML is being removed from the listing and not replaced.
In order to re-add the scrolling gallery to these listings, you can contact our customer support department and request that we append the scrolling gallery to those listings. Or, you can grab the scrolling gallery HTML from your Auctiva account by clicking the "Scrolling Gallery HTML" link under the "Store" tab within your account, and then paste it above or below your existing HTML description, depending on where you'd like it to appear.
