I really like the scrolling Gallery when It works, presently it is not?

Unable to file a Support Case as it is /has been inop for some time.

Any guidance or info will be highly appreciated

Hello Jenuine-Motor,

I am sorry to hear that you have run into difficulty with the scrolling gallery.  I am not aware of any issues on our end that would prevent the gallery from operating correctly, so it sounds like we'll need to have a look at some sample listings where there is an issue to assist you.

We are aware of an intermittent issue with the support form where it can fail to send, however, in those cases the site provides an email address where you can reach our support team in the same manner that filing a case would do.  Please provide some examples and a description of the issue you are encountering in an email to "help@auctiva.com" and this will reach our support agents directly so we can have a look into whatever is occurring and assist you.
