Can you do me a favour? Thank!

Hi s2830smichael,

Thanks for posting your question here. I reviewed your Auctiva account and it appears that we are no longer able to update your scrolling gallery to display your current listings because the token associating your Auctiva account with your eBay account is no longer valid.

If you would simply like to make your scrolling gallery display active listings again, you should just need to generate a new token by mousing over the "My Account" tab within your account, selecting the "eBay" option under "Preferences", clicking the "Get New Token" link and then proceeding as directed.

It is not possible for our system to add the scrolling gallery to your listings when you do not have a valid token but, if you will be creating a new eBay token and you would not like the scrolling gallery to be added to any more of your listings thereafter, there is a setting you can disable in your account that will make that happen.

If you would like to do this, you will want to mouse over the “My Account” tab within your account, select the “Acct Preferences” option under “Settings”, select “No” from the drop down menu next to “Append Auctiva Scrolling Gallery to my listings” and then click the “Update Account Preferences” button below.

If you would like to remove the scrolling gallery from any of your active listings that it is already present in, you would need to delete the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each one using eBay's “Revise your Item” form. For your reference, the HTML code used to generate your scrolling gallery can be found within your Auctiva account by mousing over the “Stores” tab and selecting the “Get HTML” option under “Scrolling Gallery”.

I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the “Help” tab within your account and selecting the “File Support Case” option.

-Mike
