Scrolling Gallery Help Please!

Hi I'm new to online selling and have just listed wsith Auctiva for the second time this week. I'd like my scrolling gallery to show in my listings, but it doesn't seem to be working. In Auctiva it says its enabled but I suspect there's something else I need to do?? Thanks, C.

Hi,

The Scrolling Gallery is normally appended to the listing at submission from Auctiva (using their lister/scheduler). Are you doing submissions other than from Auctiva?

If you are doing listing from other sources, you can copy and paste the HTML code for the Scrolling Gallery for use. You can also do same to add to an Active Listing, using eBay's Revise Listing editor in HTML edit mode.

Thanks! Its there in the listings I've done tonight but not in the previous lot. I'll try to fix them now!
