Scrolling Gallery not added to all products in eBay?

I use Garage Sale to put all my products online. I have noticed that some of my products don't include the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery. It's strange, because some products are made exactly with the same template.

Might it be because I'm a free-user of Auctiva or is it a GarageSale or eBay bug?

Hi Stefan,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I reviewed the listings you mentioned and I don't see any differences between the two that would explain why the gallery is showing up in one but not the other. I do see that a number of revisions have been made so I'm curious if it may have been removed from item # 250848815479 inadvertently when one of those revisions one made.

I have just initiated a command from my end that is intended to add the scrolling gallery to item # 250848815479 and that should work unless there is something about the listing that is causing eBay to block our attempts to add the scrolling gallery.

If the scrolling gallery is still not showing up in the listing tomorrow morning, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we will look into this further for you.
