It seems likely that the scrolling gallery images may not have been created automatically when your items were posted as they should have been, although I can't tell without looking at your account. If that is the case, you should be able to get this problem resolved by contacting our customer support team.

Wouldn't it be soooo NICE if the AUCTIVA SUPPORT TEAM actually supported it's customers?! Wow, what a concept.
After listing and looking on ebay for the scrolling gallery nothing happened. 2 out of 4 of my listings it's working. I've tried ZILLIONS of times to contact support - 'LIVE CHAT" what a joke (!) ... waited and waited and then it said 'back later' tried again and again - nothing- nadda? Do they have lunch 12 times a day when working only one hour?
