Scrolling gallery not showing pictures | Auctiva

My scrolling gallery is not displaying pictures today. Anyone else having this problem?

Now mine is working fine.

Mine was showing an empty window. Now it doesn't even show that.

Is anyone else having trouble with their Auctiva wheel - I have over 50 items listed and three/four items are going around on the wheel?

Hi Howedennis,

I just looked at a few of your active listings and I was able to see 16 listings in your scrolling gallery in those that I viewed, but I'm not sure if I looked at the ones you are referring to. The only thing I can think of that might be causing some of your listings to only show a few items is if those listings contain scrolling gallery code associated with a different Auctiva account you have used in the past.

In any event, if you are still experiencing this problem, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the form on the following page of our site: http://www.auctiva.com/help/requesthelp.aspx
