e a support case at the link provided I get the following message

:We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties with the support site when this form is used: it may fail to submit your query and provide an error message when you attempt to submit. Should this occur you may be able to use the form using an alternate browser from your usual one. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Yes unfortunately we have been experiencing some intermittent issues with certain browsers when submitting a support case, but please email our Customer Support Team at help@auctiva.com. They'll receive that email and will follow up with you asap to look into this and help resolve the problem.
