First of all, many thanks to all of you that I know will help me find the answer to my question. I am a relative newcomer to ebay selling (about 4-5 weeks, 40 sales) and I am hooked. I just found time today to look around community over there and found this wonderful service. I just did two listings in about ten minutes and I am convinced I have stumbled upon "Seller's Heaven". But I digress! I was thrilled to see the scrolling gallery at the bottom of my listing! I love it! However, why do some of my current listings show up there, but not all? Is there any way I can set parameters for this feature that would include all of my current ebay auctions? If not, is there an option that will allow me to manually chose which of my other auctions to showcase? Greatly appreciate any help for the newbie! Big Grin (raising hand) Thank you!

Hi Roo,

Welcome to Auctiva. Currently the scrolling store window is set to show 12 items at a time, giving preference to listings ending around the same time as the one being viewed.

The only way you can have any control of what appears in it is by featuring or hiding items in your Auctiva store. You can do this at Auctiva -> Store -> Store -> Edit/Preview -> Featured Items. Featured items will always appear in the store window(as long as there aren't more than 12) and hidden items won't appear there.

We are working to increase the number of items shown in the store window to 20 in the near future.
