scrolling store code not being inserted into new auctions

Hi there

I listed some new auctions at the weekend but the store HTML have failed to import into them. Can this code be added in by doing something on the auctiva site? Is there something i am not doing correct? I have never had this problem before. I have generated a new token just incase, but the old one was not expired.
