Hello all, im new here and was wondering why my active store window at the bottom of my ebay auctions is empty. I have 275 listingsin my ebay store.

I believe that your auctions have to have been listed through Auctiva to show up in their scrolling window. even then, it takes a couple of hours to 'catch up'

Thats crazy, my entire inventory is already listed. it would take me days to re list everything. so how do i get rid of that window in every auction then . there is no sence in it be there if its empty. i tryed to disable it but it was still in every auction.

I just checked several of your active listings and your Auctiva store window appears to be functional now. It can take 4-6 hours before listings not posted through Auctiva are imported into the your Auctiva store so I'm sure that's why it was empty.
