Scrolling store window

Hi - You might double-check your account setting to make sure the window is activated, although if it was working previously, it should be working now. Check your store settings under the "Store" tab as well. If the items don't come back by tomorrow, be sure to file a support request and have staff take a look.

Hello, I am also experiencing a problem with the scrolling store window. The message on the store tab indicates "store window is updating item info." Just thought I'd pass that along.

I know that the window does update periodically, but I'm not sure how often, or how long it takes. I also know that staff has provided that info on these boards before, which could be found with a search I'm sure.

Mine has been empty most of the day too.

Hello again, I'm new to this site. I've been using Auctiva for over a year and I'm please with the service. I do like to read the postings on this site and many times I can find out about problems, glitches and the like. But this time, please forgive me for being rather dense, I want to file a support request, however, I don't know how??? Could anyone help me out?? You see, I just figured out how to communicate on this site and that's a big deal for me. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

Hi, How do you add the scrolling galery to your ebay storefront.

My scrolling gallery is either absent or not working on many of my active items. I have checked to make sure it is enabled (it is since it works on many other items). To make things worse, the Ebay photos over the caption "visit seller's store" are not showing either. At this point photos of items are not showing anyplace. Can you help, please? Thank you very much
