I am new and still learning Auctiva. I recently posted 5 new items through Auctiva and when I checked them after they were listed on Ebay none of them had a Scrolling Store Window. What did I do wrong, and what do I do when I am listing to make sure that my items have a Store Window? Thanks for your help.

Welcome to Auctiva! When you post listings through your Auctiva account, as long as the scrolling gallery setting in your account is enabled, the Auctiva scrolling gallery will automatically be added to your active listings at the time they are posted. On the other hand, if you post listings directly through eBay, it may take a few hours for the scrolling gallery to be added to them.

I reviewed all of your active listings and I was able to see the scrolling gallery in each. If you are unable to see the scrolling gallery in your listings, I recommend contacting our customer support team using the appropriate link on our help page: http://www.auctiva.com/free-auction-software-help/help.aspx
