Click the Store tab, and then Edit Store Window. You'll see all your options there!

...and it's not going to move on items that you already have listed...

It will move when you list new items.

If you want to move it on things that are already listed you can do that...but you'll have to do it manually by copying and pasting the appropriate HTML code from eBay...

i have put a new listing on and its still scrolling away at the top of the page, even though i ticked the box before puting listing on.

hi mike, i got in touch yesterday with them yesterday, and they said it would be at the bottom after new listing but its not,also i cant get any images for listings, the whole thing is driving me mad i might cancel it and go back to turbo lister, even though i dont want to because i like some of the features on here,( when they work)

well i have just put another listing on with fingers crossed.

i dont get how that store windows works. i registered 2 days ago and some auctions were imported... and the store windows was added to those.

but now i started two auctions using ebay
(not auctiva) and they arent appearing in the store window (i used the html code as i wanted to place it myself).

do i have to create an ebay store?!?!?
that's 20 bux

is there a way i can force an import of active auctions into auctiva.com and would that somehow make the store window display active auctions?

Hi kayjay,

No, you do not need to have an eBay store in order for your listings to appear in your Auctiva store and store window.

When you post your listings directly through eBay, it typically takes 6-8 hours for that listing to be imported into your account, at which point it will be displayed in your Auctiva store, and have the potential to be displayed in your store window.
