How do I get rid of this? It was automatically put on my auctions and I did not realize it would go automatically. I do not want it there but have no idea who to get rid of it.

The Auctiva store window is automatically appended to your active listings when you sign up for Auctiva service.
If you would like to use Auctiva without the store window feature, you can disable this feature at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Settings(Preferences). Once you have disable the Auctiva store window, it will no longer be inserted into your newly created listings.
To remove the store window from your active listings you must delete the store window html from the html description using eBay's "Revise Item" form. The html description can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML. The store window html lies between ASW tags.
