Scrolling Window Not My Colors???

I have customized my store window and scrolling bar to match; however, the scrolling window is not the colors I set up. When I go to my customization page on Auctiva it shows correctly but not on my eBay listing. Can you help with this, please?

Hi bp8me,

I suspect this is because you are using the "Use template matching store window" option, which overrides the custom store window colors in the "Edit Store Window" section of your account. However, I can not verify this without viewing your account.

I had the same issue.

Follow mikes steps and it should work.

If you have profiles saved just go to the manage profiles and save it there. I then resaved my master profile and it works.

One more note.

It wont update previous listings, only new listings.
