Scrolling Window not showing any items

Mine have all vanished too this morning.

Probably due to Thursday night maintenance which equates to Friday morning 8am to midday here in the UK .

One of mine is showing my 2nd picture instead of my gallery picture. Never had that happen before.

I'm finding that when I relist items through auctiva my scrolling gallery is showing the wrong pictures. But when I go back into my "saved listings" they aren't there!! I know that they were definitely saved as I save all my listings before I post them. Is this a problem for anyone else who relists items through auctiva instead of through ebay??

Hi, I had a similar problem when the original listing did not have a header picture in it.

After contacting support it seems I need it for the Auctiva software to be happy, pity as I do not need this picture when all my images can be happily contained in my description.

It's surplus clutter, but of course it's free of charge at eBay.

Never had to ask a question before.
I changed my scrolling windows from top to bottom of my auctions. Now they don't show at all.

Could you please tell me how to get them back?

Hi picky that should not affect it, I have noticed my scrolling gallery has been a bit erratic over the last couple of days with odd periods just showing the 'loading image' text instead of the pictures.

If the problem persists contact Auctiva support they will soon sort it out.
