hello,
i have recently opened an auctivia store, i went threw the usual problems of all the items disarpearing from my ebay shop and then comming back..
so i have just listed and item with auctivia and i have tried searching for the item using e bay shearch engine and is does not find it, is there something that needs setting up to make this facilty work. regards phil

Hi Phil,

The behavior you have described is actually fairly normal, regardless of which application you are posting your listings through. Once a listing is posted through Auctiva and is assigned an item number, it is entirely in eBay’s hands to "index" the listing to appear in the appropriate search pages, which can take as long as 6 hours.
