Hi All, I am some what new to Auctiva and am trying to make a second chance offer for an item that sold, but I have multiples. I initially tried to do this from my "My Ebay" page and got a message saying " We are not able to issue a Second Chance Offer. Please sign into the site the item was listed on and try again." Since I only login to the US Ebay site, I think, and that is where my listing was added, I assume that I must make the second chance offer through Auctiva since that is how I listed my item. All help is greatly appreciated.
