Second listing "hangs" the system

I'm really baffled as I've used Auctiva for years without problems. Now, after listing an item, when I go to "list a similar item," fill in information, and click on "list," the system hangs. I can't go anywhere. All I can do is cancel Auctiva and then log back in and start over. Each time I can list the first item, but when I list the second, the system hangs. I use Windows XP and recently installed Avira virus protector. Nothing else has changed on my system. If anyone has a clue, I'd be grateful!!

Have you tried clearing the browser cache? That works for me almost everytime there's a problem.

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, I've cleared the cache faithfully. And, like you, this used to work for me, too. This time there must be a different problem with my system.
