Select Template not working

Everything is coming up fine for me.

Sorry you are having this problem. What is it doing exactly?

When I hit the Select Templates box, the new window opens up, but it says Done on the bottom and then then nothing happens. It's been happening all morning for me.
Also, when I try to edit a picture, the same thing happens.

Any help would be appreciated!

Also, would you happen to know how to place listings I make into my eBay store categories? I've list a few things, and then I have to go in to the listed item, edit it and put it in the right category.

Am am new as of yesterday. The first couple was pretty slick than everything slowed down. I get the listing all but done and then the template won't open, the error check won't work, and nothing comes up in preview-needless to say it won't save either. I am on DLS but it is working like dial up with all the delays. I am trying to switch my item from Turbo Lister to this site but am about ready to give up. I can swith to other areas on Auctiva but then can not back arrow to my listing that is frozen. Any suggestions?

Pop up Blocker sounds to me to be the problem. You need to let your pop up blocker know to accept all pages from this site.

Also, on the store edit..here's where you go.

Top of this page Tab
My Acount>Right hand side of screen EBay Settings>Update Store categories

Voila All Done.

Site works great. I've been here a year and love Auctiva.

Be sure to read the stickies on the top of each category, they're filled with valuable information.
