Selected Shipping, says I didn't!

I have been away from selling/listing for a while, but don't believe I've forgotten how to create listings.
I have created a listing and selected UPS Ground for my shipping service provided. I listed the Price as FREE in order to receive my Double Power Seller Discount. Listed Insurance as Optional with the appropriate selling price. Ran Error Check and the Error Report says I need to select a shipping service in order to offer Optional Insurance.
I have tried Selecting "Other" as my choice for shipping and I still get the same thing.
Can anybody help! PLEASE!

Hi Bob,

Two thoughts.....

1) Check your Auctiva Account settings for Insurance and see if you have the USPS Only for shipping services set. I believe you need to option for the other services.

2) I believe UPS includes insurance for first $100 of assessed value in the price.

Well, I figured out was wrong. I chose Standard Flat Rate Shipping and listed the Shipping Charges as $0.00. This solved the problem. I thought i remembered that the Shipping Charges were to be listed as FREE.
Anyway, problem solved.
