Sellathon code showing in preview?

Hello~
I added the code to the description box of my listing. When I go to preview, I can see the code. Will that be the case once my auction launches?

I haven't listed for about a month, due to a cross country move. I am also brand new to Auctiva, and just trying to figure things out.

Hello adriana,

It sounds like you put the Sellathon html in the design editor, which would cause the code to show as text. To insert html code into your description, be sure to switch to the html version of the text editor.

If you did insert the Sellathon code in the html view and the code still shows up in the preview, I recommend you file a support case by using the appropriate link on our help page and our support staff will assist you.

Yep, that's exactly what I did. Guess I'm a little rusty! I think I have it figured out now, though. I contacted Sellathon, and they said as long as I add the counter, my code will insert automatically. Do I still need to check the HTML box?

Nope, you don't need to check the html box. It's just there in case you want to add html to your description. I'm glad to hear you've got the counter issue figured out=)
