I signed for Auctiva yesterday, and so far I like it.
One problem though: I signed up for Sellathon separately a couple of weeks ago.
Now when I try to create listings here, I can't figure out any way to add my Sellathon counter/tracking code to new listings.
On the bottom of the Item Details page, the "Add counter" box is grayed out and defaults to "No Counter."
So I go to "Create a Sellathon Account" and try to log in. That logs me into Sellathon, but doesn't change anything on my Auctiva page. I try "Change Account Info." I "grant access" for Auctiva to access my Sellathon account. Auctiva then tells me "Sellathon account association successful."
And yet, the "Add Counter" box is still grayed out and won't let me select a counter. What am I doing wrong?
