Sellathon Counter not working?

Hi all, everytime I list something and click counter and I want to watch how many people visit each listing, it says I am not a user of the site. Is it free with auctiva or do I have to pay or register for sellathon tracker too or is it not working? thanks!

Sellathon is free for 30 days...after that you have to pay. I think it is something like $4.99 a month. However, if you go to Listings>Active Listings in Auctiva, it displays some of the information from Sellathon such as hits and watches.
