When we first started using Auctiva, each of our listings had a sellathon counter at the bottom to track how many visits each item received. That counter is no longer working on any of our listings. Why? And how do we reinstate it?

Hi old man,
We would need to look into your account specifically to determine why you are no longer able to use the counter. The Sellathon counter was recently re-branded as the KickItBack counter, so perhaps there is some confusion in that regard, but the functionality is the same and you should still be able to use it for your listings.

I've noticed the same problem with my counter, but it just says Error.
