sellathon counter prob please help :0)

Hi, i'm new to all this auctiva lark and ebay, only as a seller mind you. Anyway, I thought by choosing a hidden sellathon counter I would be able to see the amount of hits but the potential bidders could not....it now seems that I can't see a counter at all!!
How do I get the counter to show the peeps visiting to me?
Any help greatly appreciated :0)

Hi rainbow,

When you choose the "hidden" version of the Sellathon counter, neither you or your customers will be able to see the counters in your listings themselves. However, you will be able to see the number of hits your items have received by looking in the "Hits" column on your Auctiva Active Listings page.

If you choose the "visible" version of the Sellathon counter, a graphic counter will be displayed at the bottom of your listings that either you or your potential buyers could read the hit counts from.

But be aware that the sellathon counter is not accurate. I mean, is it really possible that I have more people watching an item than I have hits for that item?
