Sellathon - please help!

Hi - I have posted a few things and can't get the sellathon counter to work - also can't find any info on what to do on either Auctiva or Sellathon websites. Just want to know how many people view my things!

Hi, my sellathon counters come in and out. Sometimes I can't see it but if I go in the auction and wait a minute it "pops in". I'm trying to understand how to use the counters too. I wonder if there is a place where you could see them all listed? Anyone know?
