Sellathon Problem?

I've been having the same problem for about a month. I was told it was resolved, but I just tried again and I still got the error message. Thank you,

I am having the exact same issue. The sellathon page says it went through, then when i click back to Auctiva, it tells me it failed.

I'm having a similar problem although I am not an active Sellathon user. I used to have an account with Sellathon but no longer use it so it became inactive. Now when I try to register for the free counters it won't go through because it says that my email addy is already on file with Sellathon. When I try to log into Sellathon however it does not recognize my username (which is no surprise since I haven't used them for about a year).

I have filed a support case here and I have also emailed Sellathon so hopefully this will get straightened out. I will need to have counters in my auctions.
