Sellathon problem

I am also having the expired notation on my account. How often does it expire?

I have been waiting over a week, I am hoping Auctiva can reset it, I just get canned answers from Sellation, and I do not want their viewtracker. Maybe later, right now, I am just getting started with EBAY and have enough to learn. I hope I NEED it later.

I am STILL wiatin on someone to resolve this counter for me. I do not want Sellathon aftre my trial period. But, I Do want the COUNTER! Auctive support has sent me probaly 10 e-mail and say they see the sellation counter there.
I Have to manually go to EBAY after listng an item and No counter so I manually go to revise it and then I HAVE a counter.
If Auctia still offers the counter, I am sure having a heck of a time getting it to work OR ANYONE to RESET It Correctly!

I am spending halk my time REVISING my listing after AUCTIVA lists it for me.

Maybe they won't be listing for me soon and they will have another disgruntled had BEEN Customer.
I know free and I appreciate it , the slowness < but, AT least let it work once there!

I am having the same issue! I asked on the ebay answer center, but nobody seemed to grasp what I was talking about! It seems to be just with autiva users. I did not have a subscription with sellathon, but the counter was always there. I have noticed that an AOL counter is on most auctions now. What gives? I do not feel like revising all of my items either. That would be a waste of time. Anyone have any words of wisdom on this issue?

Most of my auctions do not have the counter working neither. I never did like sellathon. Just another add on subscription service for tracking things that no one ever really needed. Auctions have gone a long way from simplicity. Now you have to scroll down a page full of sellers rules after rules to find the description buried in all the information overload.

I keep my auctions simple, using a simple template and all I want from auctiva is a simple counter that works and stays updated with current hits.
