Seller Detail Profile Format Does Not Match Listing Preview Format Using It

Hi - I've been battling with this problem for about a week with no fix. I have edited one of my seller detail profiles. It looks fine in the seller detail profile edit mode. I have saved it. But when I then create a listing and use that seller detail profile, the formatting is all lost and looks terrible. I am not an html expert. All I know is that in standard mode when editing the seller detail profile, it looks fine, but looks completely different when previewing a listing.

Therefore, I hesitate to launch listings (which is now costing me money) until the preview looks correct.

I have filed a support ticket on this already.

Any suggestions?

Hi wjoycem,

Thanks for contacting us regarding this matter.

As I mentioned when I replied to the support case you filed about this earlier today, I was able to get the details within the "Terms of Sale" section in your seller details profile to appear left justified in your previews by changing the align="left" references with the HTML to style="text-align: left;".

In addition, I had to add the following formatting code prior to the headers entitled “Payment” and “Multiple Purchases”: <p style="text-align: left;">
