I have a few saved seller details and they have also been saved into item details with templates and all, but I still don't see them in my auctiva store. This is after days of scouring the site, so I must have missed something. Also, in my 'edit' area for the store, I've tried several times for the past 2 days to add: saved 'contact', 'about us' and 'shipping' info, but nothing shows up on my auctiva store page. Now when I look at the store for the past three hours, the links for: 'about us' and 'contact us' have disappeared! At least they're not there and empty, but I want them to be there with info. Also the changes I've made to the scrolling gallery (colors) also don't appear on my ebay listings. And I already unchecked the box for default gallery colors. It is seeming like a trouble to maintain this free service with auctiva. I'm sure it doesn't have to be this stressful, please explain to me how to resolve these issues.
