Seller Details Missing

Hi,

I created about 15 seller detail profiles and they are now gone. Is there anyway to recover them? I spent many hours creating them.

I think that you should file a support case for that one.

If you created them a few days ago they may be gone for good. There was a bug that had to be fixed and in the process a certain percentage of ones already created were lost.

But, yeah, file a support request to make sure (bottom of the Help page).

Well, eBay Live is going on and they just introduced a bunch of upgrades so support is pretty busy right now.
