Seller details not loading

Hi DonnaKJ,

In order to use these sections of the templates in your listing, you must first create a seller details profile. To do this, please go to Auctiva -> Profiles(tab) -> Seller Details and enter all of your desired information for any of those sections you would like to use in your listings. You can actually enter both your shipping and payment information in the same seller details profile.

Then, when creating your listings, select your seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pulldown menu, which is located directly to the right of the "Select Template" button. When using a seller details profile, only the graphic heading for the sections for which you have entered info will be displayed in your listings.

I have spent HOURS loading 8 different "SELLER DETAILS" (And need to know if I can even use 8) and now all but one is GONE!!!! HOW DO I RETRIEVE THIS!!!! I Cannot believe I spent that much time, then couldn't figure out how to apply it to the listing, and nobody has responded to that either, and now, they're all but one gone! Can someone please help a desperate person that wants to start using Auctiva to list on eBay right now? I've lost a whole day of listing, and in my opinion the best day for a 7 day auction, as I've worked with this program trying to get it set up ALL DAY LONG and now all my info is GONE AND I don't know how to apply it to the listing or preview the listing! SOMEONE HELP..PLEASE! Thank you so much in advance for your time and support. It is greatly appreciated. I don't want to have to go back to Turbolister, but I may if we can't figure this out.
