After creating my template I still can't select my SELLER DETAILS, there is no drop down menu for that. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The Seller Details profiles that can be created through Auctiva can only be used in conjunction with our templates and can only be selected AFTER you have chosen a template for a given listing. Once you have selected your template, the "Select Seller Details" profile should no longer be greyed out, and you'll be able to select any of the Seller Details profiles saved within your Auctiva account.
I reviewed your account briefly and noticed that you do not have any Seller Details profiles saved, so that very well may be the reason you are unable to use this feature. If you would like to create a Seller Details profile for use with your Auctiva created listings, you can do so by clicking the "Seller Details" link under the "Profiles" tab within your account.

Mike is right, you have to create them FIRST. Follow his instructions and then they will show up from the dropdown box after you choose a template while creating your listing.
