seller details problem

I have typed the info into seller details twice now and saved and exited. However when I try to start a listiing there is nothing in the drop down box for seller details. I'm tired of typing it over and over again and it not be there....what gives?

Hi, I had alot of issues with the seller details in the begining, I had to start over and over too! Go to the seller details, and fill in your info again, DO NOT SAVE & EXIT, untill you finish each detail page, go to next, at the end you will be able to give it a name. Sort of like your profiles info. I do not know if you already did this or not, but I don't know what eles could be the problem, You may want to file a support ticket on this. Good Luck! *what I ended up doing was to just put the word test in each detail page, and saved that, then go to listings page to test it, so I saved myself alot of time. When I finally got it right, I then wrote all my info.
