Seller information missing??

I am new and want to post. My error check passes but my seller information in the top right hand corner is missing. All that shows up is my seller i.d. and feedback score. What is wrong? Please help?

I believe you are talking about the "Preview" function. If so, there's no worries

The preview is only designed to simulate the actual ebay environment, and does NOT show up-to-date info, such as your feedback count, etc. In other words, it is for demonstration only, is not complete and does not represent what will actually be shown on the listing, in eBay.

Thanks a million. I think maybe I'm ready to post then. I'm sure I will probably have plenty other things come up after that though. Maybe not. Julie
