Seller not eligible to create variations in product

Hi,this is my first posting so i apologise now if its in the incorrect place.
Im trying to list a BIN auction with 3 different size jars with different sizes etc etc.
Everytime i try & submit i get the API error message:

Seller is not eligible to create variations in product, template, or listing

This is my first attempt at this but im confused as whats wrong.I have 250+ feedback & a rating of 100%.

What am i doing wrong,Many thanks in advance

I don't see any reason why your listing did not post OK. The category you are using is valid in the UK for multi-variations per this link.

I would suggest you try posting the listing again; it it fails again with the same API error, open a support case with Auctiva and they can research it more for you. Also you may want to contact eBay too. The API messages like you saw originate from eBay when we submit a listing on your behalf, so perhaps they could give you a better idea of why your listing didn't post.

After contacting ebay i have the answer.Only sellers with a ebay shop can use the variations tools
