I am trying to fill in shipping/terms of sale/about us/contact us information in the seller tab but i dont get the header descriptions (as it says i should get) in the small ? java pop-up.All i see is a blank text box with -switch to design editor- so basically the problem is i have no idea to what part of the template what i am writing is saved to.I have saved profile on 2 separate sections(as i guess them to be payment and shipping) kept the profile and nothing shows on any listings i have tried it on.I hope that this is not an IE thing because i do not use that virus.Auctiva works for netscape xx.,opera or safari correct?The rest of the options are working,just not the profile tab where i fill in the rest of the info to complete the template im using.
