Hi guys looking at the best way to update information in my seller details or other seller details profiles.
will they update existing active listings? or only new listings?

If you make changes to your Seller Details profile, those changes would only apply to listings that were posted using the profile after the changes had been saved. It would have no effect on already active listings. If you wanted to apply those changes to active listings you would need to update them on eBay after re-applying the profile to the Saved listings in your Auctiva account. You can do this with these steps:
- Find your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes (in this case remove the seller details profile and reapply the changed version), and save.
- Click the Get HTML button to the right of the item on your Saved Listings page with the icon: </>
- use the Select All button and then copy the HTML in the popup window that shows
- Locate the item on eBay and open the "Revise Your Item" form.
- Scroll down to the "Description" section and then make sure that it is on the HTML tab.
- Delete the existing description HTML, paste the copied HTML in its place, preview your changes and continue and confirm your changes.

Unfortunately not - there is no way to have an updated seller details profile update on already active listings other than the steps I have provided.
You can update Saved Listings in bulk using the Advanced Edit option on the Saved Listings page of your account, however, this would have no effect on already active listings.
