I reviewed your item details profile called "General use listing" which is the part of your mater profile in which your default seller details profile can be specified and found that you have the seller details profile called "no pay pal" selected from the "Select Seller Details" drop-down menu.
As a result of this configuration, when you begin a listing by loading your master profile, your seller details profile called "no pay pal" will be selected from the "Select Seller Details" drop-down menu by default, so you would only need to select a new option from the drop-down menu when you need to use a different one for the listing you are working on.
If you would like to change the seller details profile that is selected by default when you load your master profile, you will need to edit your item details profile called "General use listing" to reflect the seller details profile you would like to be selected automatically when you load your master profile.
In order to accomplish this, you would first need to click the "Manage Profiles" link under the "Profiles" tab within your account. You would then need to select the "Edit" option next to the item details profile, select the desired seller details profile for that item details profile, and then save your changes.
