Hello -- I'm a new user, and I noticed just now that on the listing form, where the seller enters their return policy, below that it reads "The seller is responsible for return shipping costs." I have my profile set so that the buyer is responsible. Why does it say this and how can I fix it? Thanks!

Hi janetsgirl_1,

Thanks for posting your question here. There is currently a known issue that is causing the listing preview page to state "The seller is responsible for return shipping costs" regardless of what was actually specified in the Return Policy section of the listing creation page and we hope to resolve that problem with a future site update.

I'm not quite sure when we will be able to fix that issue at the moment but, given that the issue is specific to the preview page, you can still go ahead and post your items to eBay and they will reflect the correct Return Policy information you entered once posted.

Sorry about the confusion, but I hope this helps. If you need any further assistance with your account, please feel free to contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and selecting the "File Support Case" option.
